The Nautilus Maldives Aerial Overwater villas

The Nautilus Maldives

The only rule is no rules.

An intimate Baa Atoll hideaway of just 26 private-pool houses, where dedicated House Masters, anytime-anywhere dining and deeply personal service make every stay entirely your own.

About the Resort

The only rule is no rules.

The Nautilus Maldives is an exceptionally intimate hideaway in the UNESCO-listed Baa Atoll, with just 26 beach and overwater houses and residences. Every accommodation includes a private pool, separate living room and dedicated House Master, creating an experience that feels closer to a private island home than a conventional resort.

The philosophy is one of complete freedom: breakfast has no fixed hours, dining can be arranged almost anywhere, and each day is shaped around the guest rather than a schedule. Service is highly personal but deliberately relaxed, combining bohemian character with serious luxury, privacy and space.
